These totals are a transparent planning calculation from those published components plus our private assistance fee. The final written quotation controls if an authority/supplier charge changes or a booking-specific charge applies.

Jeep price breakdown: The displayed total is not a single government fee. It combines the published authority/reference component, the private vehicle/guide components and our separately disclosed private assistance fee. For example, an Indian Jhirna/Dhela/Garjia/Durgadevi booking is shown as ₹3,380 published authority/reference component + ₹3,000 private vehicle + ₹1,000 guide + ₹1,000 private assistance fee = ₹8,380. For a foreign-national booking, the corresponding example is ₹6,680 + ₹3,000 + ₹1,000 + ₹1,500 = ₹12,180. Any booking-specific authority charge or tax is disclosed in the written quotation before payment.

Nationality: OCI and SAARC nationals are charged at Indian rates where the published authority pricing provides that treatment. A permit including any foreign national is charged at the published foreign rate for all passengers. Always provide accurate nationality and ID details.

Before payment: the written quotation confirms the applicable authority/supplier price, our private fee, applicable taxes/charges, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms. The customer should approve the complete amount before payment.
