Dhikala Canter Safari – Jim Corbett National Park

The Canter Safari is a shared mini-bus experience that accommodates up to 16 passengers at a time, ensuring a comfortable and guided journey into the wild. With trained staff and scenic routes, this safari offers a safe and unforgettable adventure in Corbett’s middle region.

Important Seasonal Information

• Dhikala, Lohachaur, and Sonanadi Zones are closed for day visits from 16th June to 14th November due to monsoon damage to park roads.
• 1st June to 15th June: Zones operate on standby mode. Advance bookings are not accepted during this period, and zones may close suddenly at the discretion of the Director, Corbett Tiger Reserve, for visitor safety.

Canter Safari Terms & Conditions

• Safari is available only in the morning or afternoon.

• Timings may slightly change due to weather or seasonal conditions.

• All travelers must provide government-approved ID (Driving License, Passport, Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, Office/Student ID) during booking and carry the same ID on the day of the safari.

• Canter Safari must be booked in advance, starting 45 days before your travel date.

• Entry of extra members not listed in the booking cannot be guaranteed; coordination with park officials is required.

• Visitors are responsible for their own luggage and belongings during the safari.

• Safari charges are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable once confirmed.
