Price: Published safari/stay reference prices are shown on this website. Our private package facilitation fee is 5% of the confirmed package value; any applicable tax on our service fee is disclosed before payment. The exact package total is confirmed in a written quotation before payment.
Package pricing: A package quotation applies only to the stated dates, services, inclusions, exclusions and conditions. Do not assume a government permit is included unless the quotation expressly says so.
What a package quotation covers
A package is not a generic promise of availability. Each quotation is prepared for the requested dates and services. It identifies the business service being provided and separates any authority-controlled or third-party component that is subject to its own rules.

How we calculate the total: published authority/reference charges + our private facilitation fee = the displayed total. Any authority charge that is expressly variable or applicable only to a particular booking is shown as a range or disclosed in writing before payment. We do not intentionally add undisclosed fees after approval.
