1. Booking Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted through email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided on our website.

Safari Booking Cancellation

For Jungle Safari bookings, cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the rules and regulations of the Forest Department and applicable government authorities.

  • Once a safari permit is generated, permit fees may be non-refundable.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting permit charges, transaction fees, and applicable service charges.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-shows or missed safari timings.
Resort / Hotel Booking Cancellation
  • Cancellation made 15 days or more before check-in: Eligible for refund after applicable deductions.
  • Cancellation made within 7–14 days before check-in: Partial refund may apply.
  • Cancellation made within 7 days of check-in: Refund may not be available.
  • Peak season, long weekends, festive periods, and special packages may have separate cancellation terms.
2. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on banking channels and payment providers.
  • Transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, and government permit charges may be non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility is determined according to the booking type and cancellation timeline.
3. Booking Modifications

Date changes and booking modifications are subject to availability and approval from the concerned service provider or authority. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

4. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
